Kale Chips (20minutes)

Easy and healthy snack.

  • 1 bunch flat leaf kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • To Taste - Heavenly Rub
  • Instructions

    1. Remove and discard spine and rib. Cut remaining leaves into 2-inch pieces. Arrange kale pieces on microwave-safe plates without overlapping. Drizzle olive oil over the kale pieces, season with Heavenly Rub.
    2. Cook each plateful of kale in microwave oven until crispy, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes per batch.

    Ribeye Steak

    Simple to season. Easy to cook.

  • To Taste - Heavenly Rub
  • Instructions

    1. Wash steak and pat dry before seasoning.
    2. Sprinkle Heavenly Rub on steak generously. We recommend 3 teaspoons for 6oz steak.
    3. Grill steak to preferred temperature.

    Heavenly Hot Scrambled Eggs

    Excellent, spicy, quick-and-easy breakfast.

  • 5 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Half-and-half cream (or preferred substitute)
  • 1 Teaspoon Heavenly Hot Sauce, or to taste
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Instructions

    1. Beat eggs in a bowl with half-and-half, Heavenly Hot Sauce, salt and pepper until smooth.
    2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, tilting the pan to cover the surface entirely with butter.
    3. Cook egg mixture in pan, stirring to slowly scramble eggs, until the eggs are fully set, 3 to 5 minutes.
    4. Serve on a sourdough slice of bread and some avocado on the side. 

    Fresh Summery Salad with Carrot Ginger Vinaigrette

  • 2 Teaspoons Toasted sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Suggested side salad Components: Fresh greens of choice, Red onion, Cucumber, Carrot, Cherry tomatoes & Red cabbage

    1. In a small bowl combine all of the salad dressing ingredients as listed.
    2. Serve over your favourite greens and any other ingredients you love.
    3. * Dressing keeps well in the refrigerator, covered, for 1 to 2 weeks.


    Wonton King Dumplings

  • 12 Wonton King frozen dumplings
  • Carrot Ginger Vinaigrette
  • Instructions

    1. Place Wonton King frozen dumplings into boiling water. Stir occasionally. Keep setting on high until the contents are brought to a boil. Once boiling, turn setting to medium and cook until dumplings float to the top.
    2. Drain contents, run through very cold water, pat dry and pan fry until desired golden crispness.
    3. Serve immediately with as much Carrot Ginger Vinaigrette as you like.
