Baked Potato Fries

BAKED POTATO FRIES

Servings: 2 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes

 

Ingredients 

  • 2 pounds potatoes or alternatively sweet potatoes (about 3 large)

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • Heavenly Rub

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425º.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes into wedges

  3. Toss with oil and Heavenly Rub

  4. Spread out onto a baking sheet lined.
  5. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes. When ready let the fries cool for 5 minutes before serving.
